Screen Printing Order Checklist

These Items Are Required When Screen Printing Apparel

New to ordering screen printed apparel? We’ve got you covered! Follow the checklist below and you’ll be good to go.

Graphic Planning

The artwork is always the first step. Some customers prefer to bring their designs to us from external sources, but if help is needed creating or altering any pre-existing artwork, our in-house design team has years of experience creating stellar designs for print.

When it comes to file formatting, our best piece of advice would be to contact your printer and ensure that you are generating their preferred file types and sizes.

Type Of Apparel

The type of apparel to be printed on is the next big factor that has to be determined before we go to print. Our team is happy to make suggestions if you’re not sure what you want, but we will need to ensure that we can decide on what brand, blend, or style of t-shirt or other clothing you’d prefer. Keep in mind that we can print on most pieces of clothing and some other items including: tote bags, tank tops, and long sleeve shirts.

Volume & Sizing

When it comes to volume and sizing, all we ask is that customers keep it simple. When gathering specific sizes from people, we require the compiling of a singular list so that we are aware of how many of each size are needed. Specialty sizes such as 2XL and 3XL are typically available in most styles, but if anything larger is required we would suggest reaching out to your printer before placing an order.

Dates & Timelines

Deadlines are everything when it comes to screen printing. The date we’ll need from our customers is when they’ll want the product in hand. That way we can base every other checkpoint or deadline on that date.

Printing timelines can vary because of our existing project queue, so the sooner we begin the process, the better.

If a rush job is necessary, we suggest reaching out t your printer to attempt to make accommodations.
